not sure about the weight classification and about the folding part whether that helps or doesn’t help and a full weight but this was reasonably priced and something for me to consider locally for riding around I’m not sure is it a good safe thing debate riding around locally maybe once I get outside from Scotty and off the main roads or maybe it’s just staying on the main roads and being more visible and I’m not going during rush-hour times
